Yes, after go-live, your administrators and content managers receive comprehensive training on the Shopware backend. The training covers product management, order processing, customer administration and all individually developed features. We also create project-specific documentation that serves as a reference guide. Refresher training and onboarding sessions for new staff members are available on request.
