Does XICTRON work with fixed prices or on a time-and-materials basis?
Answer
We offer both models, depending on the project situation. For clearly defined projects with a stable requirements catalog, we work with fixed-price quotes. For projects with agile requirements or exploratory phases, we recommend time-and-materials billing based on hourly contingents. In practice, many clients combine both models: fixed price for the initial go-live and subsequent development on a time-and-materials basis.
