How is shop performance monitored long-term?

Performance is not a state you establish once but a quantity that can creep downward as the catalog grows and load increases. That is why we continuously monitor the most important metrics: page load times, server utilization, database performance, interface response times and error rates.

When values deviate from defined thresholds, notifications are triggered automatically, so we can react before customers notice any degradation. In regular reviews we look at the development over time and derive proactive optimizations from it, for example adjusted caching or indexing strategies.
