What internal resources do I need to provide?

The biggest contribution is a fixed subject matter contact on your side who knows the business processes and can make decisions. Without this ability to decide, projects stall, which is why this point matters more than pure person-days.

During the analysis phase, representatives of the relevant departments should additionally be available on an ad-hoc basis, for example from sales, procurement and IT, to clarify processes and ERP details. The ongoing effort for your team during the active project phase is typically two to four hours per week. We deliberately keep this effort low so your day-to-day business does not suffer.
